White Chocolate Mousse

For several years now, I have been addicted to white chocolate mousse yogurt from TCBY. I love the taste-rich, creamy, light, but also a little tart. Well, if I had known it was this simple to make white chocolate mousse at home, I would NOT have waited this long to try it!

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of whipping cream
1/2 cup of milk
1 package of white chocolate instant pudding mix
Some berries

Directions:
Pour milk and whipping cream into a bowl and whip until a soft peak forms. (I had no idea what the heck a "soft peak" was, but once you whip it enough, it is no longer a liquid consistency, it thickens a bit.) Then, add your pudding mix into the bowl. Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture, until it forms the desired consistency, which should be about like Cool Whip. Then, cover the bowl and let it chill for at least an hour. Top with berries of  your choice, of course I chose strawberries. And that's it! It is soo amazing too! I wish I had a picture, but the pics I took were all fuzzy.

P.S.: You can use pretty much any type of pudding mix. We tried Banana Cream topped with vanilla wafers and it was delicious too!

  1. Best recipe ever!

I wonder...if you made vanilla and mixed in crumbled up chocolate chip cookies, if it would taste like that dessert that Gedney's used to make. ??? Must try!
